Sunday Dinner

I found this recipe for Banh Mi and it looked like it might be today is the day.  While the meat is marinating, I will head out and run some errands and by the time I get back it should be ready...I'll let you know how it sauce, hoisin, sriracha, sugar, honey, garlic, green onions...who'd a thunk, the original picky eater using those ingredients....not me....
