Grand Entrance

This is the main entry road into the complex. The trees are not in full bloom, but with all the rain we have been having, I thought I would grab a few shots just in case. If the sun comes out before the blossoms fall , I will give it another shot. Meanwhile this is it. Prettier than my bruised and swollen other foot, which maybe I'll post another day...

Pretty in Pink

This year the boys (read management) had azalea plants sent in to Debbi and me in honor of Admin day/week. This is Debbi's. Mine is a deeper pink, heading toward red. Debbi's has more open blooms so you get to see hers...I just hope the lizard doesn't decide to take up residence... we never know with that little guy...right now he is MIA..

Appreciation

So today this guy comes delivering goodies to Debbi and me. The girls got this for us in honor of Secre---oops....Administrative Day / Week. The pic doesn't do it justice. We haven't cut into it yet...I sure hope the girls show up at the office tomorrow...we can share it with them! But how nice to be appreciated, doncha think?

Well, here he is again...all that is left in the dish are the mints...looks like he is trying to take one back to his nest behind Debbi's printer. We figured we might as well let him have the mint...no one else likes them.

We keep a candy dish on Debbi's desk ledge...lately the Nerds just keep disappearing and nobody would 'fess up. Well...apparently Debbi's lizard is the culprit and today it must have been jonesing for sugar....we came out of the copy room and this is what we saw....

The first daffodil of the season at the entrance to the condo complex I reside in. Do you think it wishes it had waited a few weeks? But then, it was snowing the day we planted the bulbs, perhaps today's snow brought back youthful memories...
