It's A Start
Today we did a CVS run. My first "walking" outing. A perfect day..sunny, a balmy 37 degrees..
We won't mention that it wore me out, but it was surely worth it.
GO PAT!!!!! Don't over due, though....remember....baby steps.....no set backs allowed. BTW....you are wearing an open sweatshirt?!? Brrr.
