A view of my world through photos. Nothing fancy, just random photos taken during the course of my life.. little "slices of time". Perhaps you will gather some insight as to who I am..at the very least perhaps you will occasionally see or read something that makes you smile or makes you think. If you do, then this blog is a success. (click on the picture for a larger view)

Don't Be Afraid...
...of the girl in the shades....visited the opthamologist earlier in the week and got my eyes dilated. Didn't have my shades with me so they gave me these handy dandy slide-behind-your-glasses shades. It was really hard trying to keep my head down and still drive myself back to work. No retinal detachment, tho, so it's all good.

Common...
Courtesy....so I see these vans on the freeway quite a bit...sometimes just travellin' along, sometimes pulled over behind some vehicle....so I am wondering....are they looking for courteous drivers to reward them? Or maybe they are looking for rude drivers to admonish. Nope, I don't think they are looking for rude drivers to admonish...they would never be able to keep up. Although it does say "frequent stops"

She's Baaaack...
I have noticed signs of nest building the last few days...this morning was the first time Danica Duck was present. This is her 3rd year nesting between the garage aprons at the condos...I adjusted the lighting on this picture so you could see her...in reality, she blends in perfectly with the mulch...Hopefully this year will go as well as the last two and she will hatch the kids and move on out...

March Madness
No....not the NCAA...but rather the fully blossomed daffodils that hang out under my window at the office. I actually took this last week(they are still looking good). Mid March and the flowers are abloom. It is the weather that is madness .. but a madness I love.
